  • Certification in Occupational Health and Safety is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee daily accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and account reconciliation.
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and Income Tax regulations, including timely filing of returns.
  • Finalize accounts, including preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Manage year-end financial close processes.
  • Provide accurate financial information and assist with budget preparation and forecasting.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Proven experience as an Accountant with taxation expertise (GST, TDS, Income Tax).
  • Strong knowledge of account finalisation processes.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, etc.) and MS Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle all office correspondence, document management, and filing.
  • Manage data entry tasks with a typing speed of at least 70 words per minute.
  • Prepare and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and office activities.
  • Assist in general office operations, including inventory management and responding to inquiries.
  • Provide support to senior staff with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Handle all the necessary HR (Human Resources) work.
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • X+ years of experience
  • A typing speed of 70 words per minute is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English, Hindi, Gujarati).
